decisions.Vector Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager for our growing Career and Technical Education business line which works with schools to help their students obtain workforce-ready skills and access work-based learning opportunities.This Marketing Manager will work together with the Senior Director of Demand Generation to help drive the go-to-market strategy, messaging/positioning, and the development of marketing plans consisting of multi-touch programs including both inbound and outbound tactics.What You’ll Do:Help define the CTE go-to-market strategy for the Career and Technical Education (CTE) business line, such as messaging and positioning, market segmentation, and definitions of ideal customer profile (ICP), to inform areas of focus.Help develop the CTE integrated marketing plan that drives new leads and progresses existing leads through the sales funnel.Manage and execute targeted and creative demand generation programs consisting of email marketing, digital programs (paid search and social), conferences, webinars, social media, and advertising.Draft outbound email sequences and templates for the SDR and Sales teams.Assist with production of content marketing resources to support marketing campaigns. Content includes but is not limited to blogs, infographics, webinars, guides, and more.Support the development of key sales enablement resources to increase win rate, such as competitor battle cards, market briefs, buyer personas, value props, and sales collateral.Understand industry trends within CTE, utilize them for marketing campaigns, and share market intel with marketing and sales teams.Collaborate with the website and digital team to ensure CTE messaging and positioning is incorporated on our website and in digital programs.What We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field3-5 years work experienceExperience working in K-12 Education, Higher Education, and/or Career and Technical Education preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities concurrentlyEntrepreneurial spirit that enables someone to roll up their sleeves and drive resultsHubSpot (Marketing Automation Platform) and Salesforce (CRM Platform) experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsCreative thinkingWhat You Can Expect From Us:Friendly, open, and casual work environment (ditch the suit & tie)Comprehensive, quality benefits package effective first of the month following your date of hireMatching 401(k) retirement planHealthy work-life balance with flexible work arrangements and generous time offEducational assistance available for all employeesGenerous referral incentive programCompany social eventsPhilanthropic opportunitiesWhat We Value:Teamwork -
