The Marketing Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining assets to achieve business goals. This position will work directly with Marketing & Pursuit Teams and have a strategic focus on the maintenance of digital assets. This is a hands-on position that will be the go-to business analyst and technical resource for the company’s marketing and sales content and repository systems administrator.Specific Responsibilities:Assist with maintaining the digital library of marketing and pursuit assets:

Project Data (Unanet Cosential)Personnel Data (Unanet Cosential)Photography/Image Center (OpenAsset)Pursuit Narratives/Written Content Organization (need system to implement and make searchable-ie Teams sharing)Company Information, Awards, Rankings, Client References etc (Unanet)

Import and maintain project and personnel information and perform regular maintenance of all recordsSupport corporate pre-qualifications as required and keep registrations valid and current communicating with departments such as Safety, Finance, Accounting, etc.Responsible for saving new headshots locally and in OpenAsset and performing routine maintenance for both active and inactive personnel.Capture and archive stories and narratives produced by other members of the department such as press releases, social media posts, etc. into Unanet and/or OpenAssetCollaborates with department team members to write, curate, and organize marketing information, including project descriptions/stories and resumes, for use in marketing efforts.Acts as resource to create customized reportsCommunicates asset updates to marketing teamProvide technical support and training to users across all offices. Develop training tools and promote adoption.Job Qualifications:3-5 years of experience and excellent track record of managing Marketing assets, preferably within the A/E/C industrySolid experience and understanding of Unanet/Cosential and OpenAsset (or similar asset management database)Demonstrated ability to understand relational data and creatively problem solve.Analytical and detail-oriented; multi-tasking, time management and organizational skillsAbility to understand Sales/Marketing needs and translate their requests into efficient queries and reports; effective in translating between end user’s needs and database outputProficient writing and editing skillsExcellent communication with pro-active approachHigh competency in Online Sharing Platforms and Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Microsoft ExcelAdobe InDesign experience a bonusAbility to research and apply emerging techniques/toolsSelf-starter attitude who can thrives working independently and with a team
