The Marketing Specialist is responsible for shaping marketing plans for brands like The Spa at the Hotel Hershey, MeltSpa by Hershey, Resort Meetings, and our diverse portfolio of restaurants. This role collaborates with cross-functional marketing and operational teams to propel brand awareness and drive demand, achieving tangible business results.Job Duties (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position):Contribute to marketing strategy by collaborating seamlessly with Marketing Management, Creative, Project Management, Media Planning, Analytics, Communications, and IT teams to translate strategic direction into tangible marketing deliverables. Ensure plans align with brand standards and contribute to a shared vision for brand integrity and business success. Review and approve creative content, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and messaging.*Drive awareness and demand through executing dynamic marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, web, paid media, video, and on-property, to drive awareness and demand. Oversee brand and messaging strategy across multiple mediums, ensuring relevance, timeliness, and consistency.*Support brand development by executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics to foster brand development and drive demand and conversion. Lead planning meetings with operational partners and cross-functional marketing teams to establish priorities. Partner closely with operational teams, ensuring objectives and revenue goals are met.*Lead the gift card campaign for the destination by creating and implementing marketing plan across all marketing channels and on-property presence.*Assist with other projects across brands, as needed or assigned by Marketing Managers.*Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of related experience.Industry Experience - Marketing/Hospitality/SalesMinimum of 1 year of Brand Management or Strategic Marketing Experience RequiredHS Diploma or GEDKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.Self-motivated; ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work well with others as part of a teamAbility to pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.Display a continuous desire to learn and grow, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.Job Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:Finger Dexterity Occasional ( Sitting Constant (>67%)Standing Occasional ( Walking Occasional ( This job requires the visual ability to perform detailed work at close distances (computer screens, accounting ledgers, using measurement devices).This job regularly requires verbal communication of detailed information to others either by phone or in person.This is an in-person job, located in Hershey, PANothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.Hershey Entertainment & Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer
