The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all marketing operations of the organization including development, planning, brand guidelines, execution of various marketing programs and advertising initiatives in support of the organization’s growth goals and reputation. The Marketing Manager interprets business objectives and develops successful marketing campaigns from idea to execution. He/she also ensures that the organization's message is clearly defined and distributed across all channels and targeted audiences, as well as the coordination of the organization’s marketing budget.Duties And Responsibilities

Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with executive leadership, managers, creatives, content providers, health plan partners and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products and services.Responsible for the creation and maintenance of our brand guidelines and adherence to such by all parts of the organization.In charge of assessing the impact our brand would have as we enter new markets.Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.Manage conception, development, design and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive both patients and awareness to our High Touch Care Model.Conduct meetings regularly with stakeholders to review pipelines, resolve challenges, brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure team is consistently performing above standard.Collaborate with executive leadership, growth and human resources team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies to positively impact how we are seen by candidates looking to join our organization and by caretakers looking to place their loved ones in our High Touch Care Model.Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures.Works closely with facilities department to ensure the look and feel of our centers match our vision.Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.Performs other related duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field OR an additional combination of formal education, training and experience above the minimum will be considered in lieu of the education on a year-for-year basis.A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience preferred. Working with seniors is a plus, as is a general understanding of Medicare Advantage and/or senior-focused health care.Relevant sales experience with establishing and maintaining relationships with business/vendor partners.A valid Class C or D or State equivalent driver's license, issued by the State of current employment required.High business acumen and acuity.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.Demonstrated knowledge of, and expertise in, negotiation, probing skills, closing skills and handling objections.Detail-oriented and proficient in MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook), CRM tools plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail, and presentation software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (e.g., pitch letters, outbound calls, effective one-on-one meetings, group presentations, etc.).Positive attitude and the ability to attract patients with a warm, gentle disposition as it relates to our target market and their caregivers (ability to enroll patients without being perceived as pushy).Spoken and written fluency in English.Bilingual is a plus.WORKING CONDITIONS
