As we continue to scale, we are increasing our focus on Mass Market and are searching for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to be a key driver of marketing activities relating to the application software and third-party tools portion of our solution.Over the years, ready to go software running on top of our own HW tools and third-party boards has become a larger part of our value proposition. The Marketing Engineer role will define the needs from the market for relevant reference code and third-party tools and define the priorities. Your focus will be on IoT wireless software solutions that are fitting for the Mass Market customer and associated tools.Responsibilities

Define market needs and ROI for software reference components needed by Mass Market customers to go to market faster.Map out market needs and ROI for third-party board integration for Mass Market customers and work with our teams to make it happen.Create collaterals clearly describing the values of our existing products and tools for the Mass Market.Engage with the top players in the makers market and drive campaigns and design contests.Manage full marketing promotions for these activities in co-operation with our Mass Market team, Corporate marketing team and key distribution partners.Be the go to contact for Mass Market software perspective.Represent our customer base needs internally within the organization.Collaborate with BU teams for marketing feedback on collateral creation, program execution, maximizing the return on resources and scaling the support for Mass Market.Skills You Will Need

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. 5+ years of industry experience in the IoT or semiconductor field.Marketing experience or software definition / strategy experience.Advanced knowledge of IoT software product offering like Stacks, toolchains, and application firmware.Understanding of wireless semiconductor landscape, market trends in the makers scene.Experience developing an IoT end device preferably from both a hardware and software point of view.Outstanding relationship development and management skills.Must be a compelling communicator with the ability to negotiate, coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams of technical, sales and operations teams.Outstanding customer interaction skills.Excellent English communication & presentation skills (written and verbal).Ability to travel occasionally to facilitate event and activities in the field.Benefits & Perks

Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
