We may also use your Identity Data, Device/Network Data, Inference Data and Contact Data collected in this context for Commercial Purposes.ASM Global, LLC, the global leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Communications Manager position for ASM Global/Salt Palace Convention Center and Mountain America Expo Center. The selected person will direct and manage social and electronic content programs, issue management communications efforts to stakeholders, market efforts for assigned events, and help manage customer relations programs across all venues. The selected candidate will also help drive company engagement by managing the employee incentive program.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrimary point of contact for internal employee and external partner/client

communications.Produce and edit professional communications which deliver persuasive impact and clarity of message for both internal and external customers.Ensure company policies and updates are properly communicated company wide.Maintain and develop content specific to an internal digital display network.Use and integrate logo and brand related items on all communications materials.Maintain and create all content for social media sites (Facebook & Instagram)Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and a unified approach to communications.Develop, design and distribute digital quarterly newslettersChampion the “You Are Here” culture via several communications media.Serve on all “You Are Here” committees in effort to ensure proper program efficiency and communication.Develop working relationships with partners and other community organizations, to further the outreach of the “You Are Here” program.Act as support and contact for the development and integration of new technologies or business initiatives that require robust messaging and instruction.Shoot and maintain a digital photography library of contracted events and internal activities for documentation and external

communications.Provide efficient and timely communications during times of crisis in conjunction with the General Manager and Department Directors.All other duties, as assigned.QualificationsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Good organizational, planning, and coordination skillsAbility to multi-task and re-prioritize as neededAbility to edit and coordinate effective, creative, and visually engaging digital contentDigital photography and editing skills.Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independentlyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPossesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-mindedStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationshipsGood verbal presentation, group dynamic, and facilitation skillsProactive approach in resolving problems and issuesEducation and/or ExperienceKnowledge of Adobe and/or Affinity SuitesDemonstrated proficiency with all types of content managementExperience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and web content management systems
