We are doubling our revenue every 3 months and have ambitious growth targets for the rest of this year.We’ve raised $23 Million to date, backed by top tier VC investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Pitango and 500 Global.We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented Growth Marketing Manager, with a proven track record in building growth strategies and user acquisition channels from scratch. The role will have direct exposure to senior management and report directly to the COO.About the Role:As Nas.io’s Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth globally for our platform. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to expand our user base, enhance brand awareness, and optimize conversion funnels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive new user acquisition. Utilize various channels, including social media, content marketing, partnerships, referral programs, affiliations, influencer and advertising to increase platform visibility.Retention and Engagement: Implement tactics to retain existing users and enhance their engagement within the Nas.io platform.Collaborate with the community and content teams, creating initiatives to enhance user engagement within communities on nas.io.Monetization: Work towards increasing revenue streams by optimizing existing monetization strategies and exploring new methods for monetization, such as partnerships or premium features.Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze the performance of growth initiatives using data and metrics. Adjust strategies based on the insights gained.Qualifications:Strong background in growth marketing for B2B2C hyper growth startup companies (preferably SAAS companies).Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.Advanced Digital Marketing Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of SEO, email marketing, PPC, and analytical toolsProven history of activities that gained widespread attention and went viral on the internetExcellent teamwork skills while also being comfortable driving projects independently from conception to completion.Fluent English mandatory, fluent Spanish preferred.
