We believe that by equipping developers with the best tools, connecting them to the right people, we can help the open source community solve the whole world's problems better.DoraHacks aims at creating an everlasting hacker movementForward-looking : Pioneer the thought process, with revolutionary discovery and solution, never blindly follow the crowdLong-term : Think long-term, continuously build and create value in the long-runPragmatic : Develop technologies and products that solve the real-world problemSupportive : Back in the hacker movement all builders, supporters and contributorsRespectful : Welcome and collaborate with everyone in the communityResponsibilitiesManage and build community or fan pages (Telegram, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Facebook), including planning, executing and analyzing related media performance;Operate Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit and other user communities, plan and design community activities, interact with users in a real-time manner through information integration, daily content, and special events, and maintain high engagement rate;Build trust with core users, increase their frequency and loyalty;Update daily on project news, developer community events, and project marketing and promotional content;Develop and maintain influencer resources continuously;Assist in managing and coordinating the work between Dora Team and its partners.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field;3+ years' marketing experience, better from a big PR company;Better to have international education background or community operation experience;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Interest in frontier technologies and crypto markets;Familiar with main social media platforms, able to build and operate each platform and community channels;Passion for blockchain industry and experience in blockchain industry or a start-up is a plus;Mandarin/French/German/Spanish/Korean/ Japanese proficiency is a huge plus.Competitive package of Base + Bonus + Equity OptionWork at home with flexible hoursExposure to leading players in the industryWork directly with the Founding teamLogistics
This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. Due to the remote nature of this role, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
