Jenny Eller Donor Center - Fresno, CAJob SummaryAs the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in devising, executing, and optimizing innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain blood donors, utilizing advanced data analytics and AI platforms. This position involves a focused use of data insights from platforms like placer.ai and ESRI to shape targeted marketing campaigns, refine donor outreach, and elevate digital marketing initiatives.In addition to these responsibilities, you will lead the in-house Marketing team, overseeing the growth and development of three key roles: the Marketing Assistant, Graphic Designer, and Social Media and Event Coordinator.Essential Job DutiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies based on data analytics to attract new donors and retain existing ones.Utilize AI platforms like placer.ai and ESRI for market research, donor behavior analysis, and geographic targeting.Spearhead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Innovate and manage digital strategies incorporating the latest technologies and trends to maximize donor engagement and conversion.Execute and monitor marketing campaigns, assessing their performance and making data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.Provide detailed reports and insights into campaign results, utilizing data analytics to continually refine marketing approaches.Collaborate with various teams to integrate marketing strategies with overall business objectives.Coordinate with IT and data teams to ensure the effective use of AI and analytical tools in marketing initiatives.Oversee the creation of compelling and targeted content for various channels, ensuring alignment with data-driven marketing strategies.Oversee the social media content calendar and work with graphic designers and content creators to roll out innovative campaigns.Ensure all marketing activities adhere to industry standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies.Stay updated with the latest in data analytics, AI tools, and digital marketing trends to keep strategies ahead of the curve.Attendance is an essential function of this position.Must adhere to CCBC’s policies and procedures.Must consistently demonstrate CCBC’s organizational values – CARE (Communication, Accountability, Respect and Engagement).Note: The duties and responsibilities described above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time, or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.RequirementsRequired Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related field.Proven experience in digital marketing and data analytics.Strong understanding and experience with AI platforms like placer.ai and ESRI desired.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to travel to other facility sites and work varying days, shifts and hours.Preferred Qualifications And Skills5+ years in data-driven marketing roles.Experience in the healthcare or nonprofit sector, particularly with blood donation centers desired.At least 2 years of supervisory experience.The Central California Blood Center is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
