Job Summary: A hybrid role responsible for managing the overall marketing & service processes for designated CAC surety clients with additional responsibilities of prospecting, soliciting, and originating new clients. .
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the surety team with a defined book of business, specializing in commercial surety bondsIdentify new opportunities by assessing the ongoing risk profiles of your clients and prospectsParticipate in client meetings and lead when necessaryUnderstand complex financial analysis and claims dataHelp generate new business leads and participate in prospect presentation meetingsPrepare renewal submissions for marketing; send and process complete renewal submissionsAnalyze quotes for accuracy and prepare spreadsheet of all quotes receivedAssist in data analysis to determine program structure optionsCreate client presentation including quotes, spreadsheet, contract comparison and other internal marketing materialsReview documents issued by surety company for accuracy. Submit incorrect documents for revision.Assist in supervising support staff to help manage workflowOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree8-10 years of relevant work experience requiredState specific license is requiredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong multitasking & time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office products; (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher)Prior SalesForce and Epic experience a plusProfessional in appearance and business conduct with strong customer service
