Our expansion stems from two key factors: our commitment to providing exceptional educational content to our students by scaling our team with passionate individuals, and our pursuit of new opportunities to enhance our students' learning experiences by broadening our capabilities and expertise as an organization.You can hear our CEO, Johannes Ziegler, discuss our company in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bevhXe0gG2APosition SummaryWe are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive our business with a growing number of K-12 voucher and grant programs, such as the Florida "Step Up For Students" program, and with charter schools nationwide. The Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of our involvement in these programs, with ownership of commercial success, internal leadership, compliance, and program administrator relations.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and marketing initiatives for each program to maximize participation.Manage registration and participation of Miaplaza as an approved vendor in various state voucher and grant programs as well as charter schools.Track and report on program participation, success metrics, and areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with all program requirements and regulations.Work with internal teams to ensure Miaplaza's offerings meet participant needs.Provide guidance and support to families navigating these programs.Stay updated on changes in program regulations, educational trends, and competition.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience in marketing or channel management required.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Familiarity with the education sector, homeschooling, scholarships, and grant programs desirable.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for education and a commitment to improving learning outcomes.BenefitsWe offer health, dental, and vision insurance for all full-time employees!
