Foresight Diagnostics is headquartered in Aurora, Colorado.About the Role: Foresight Diagnostics is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work with the VP of Marketing and newly formed commercial team to deliver the strategy and execution of Foresight’s digital marketing, website, conferences, and martech operations. This role will be integral to establishing a strong marketing foundation for our commercial products (our PhasED-Seq ctDNA-MRD platform) and our corporate brand. The ideal candidate comes with prior experience in product marketing, marketing communications, or digital marketing in order to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong interest to lean more heavily into building a marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, website platforms, analytics) and our digital/online brand presence, including owning the re-launch of the corporate website.What You Will Bring:4+ years of experience (or 2+ with MBA) in product marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications (including agency experience) or brand managementAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines independentlyDemonstrated cross-functional collaboration, with examples of working in matrixed or multi-functional teamsStrong copywriting skills; able to share examples (e.g. web copy, brochures, blogs)Experience with collecting, reporting, and visualizing metrics using Google Analytics or similar platformsExperience with CRM tools such as SalesForce or HubSpotBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related life sciences field; MBA or advanced degree a plusPreferred Skills:Prior experience at life science companyExperience with Adobe InDesign, Canva, or other design software/toolsWhat You Will Do:In partnership with VP of Marketing, set annual product and digital marketing strategy, track KPIs, and recommend tactical executions, including the identification of improvements or tactical shifts regularly in response to customer and competitor dynamicsLead the strategy and execution of a new corporate website, including managing website agency partners, setting the creative direction, and coordinating content and assets across cross-functional teamsResearch and identify web content strategies to the marketing and medical affairs team to enhance SEO, traffic, and lead generationOwn, maintain, and execute marketing calendar across all channels in partnership with Med Affairs, Business Development and HR/Recruiting to drive business objectives and functional goalsDevelop and manage email marketing and automation, utilizing CRM platforms to build our organic audience, drive customer engagement, and optimize performance (e.g., A/B testing)Manage our social media platforms including our activity and engagement on LinkedIn, Twitter(X), and YouTubeLead the organization, planning, and execution of key congress attendance (e.g., ASH, AACR, ASCO) and events (e.g., customer receptions, symposia)Identify, track, and analyze metrics to evaluate marketing channel performance and recommend improvementsManage and track budget for technologies and vendors utilized in scope of roleThis role is offering a salary between $115,000-135,000, and is eligible for equity offerings.Foresight offers benefits including paid vacation, sick time, and parental leave (if applicable), alongside medical, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, and a 401k with company match.The application deadline for this position is March 30, 2024You will be working on interesting problems with extremely high impact.
