Job DescriptionOur Marketing team is seeking a skilled and dynamic Web Content Manager responsible for updating and managing our website’s content, ensuring the website is engaging, current, and aligns with our brand standards. This role reports to our Director of Content Marketing and requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in web content management.A Day in the Life:Regularly craft and update the website’s content to ensure it is fresh, accurate, and engagingPartner with content creators and designers as needed on updates of text, images, videos, and other multimedia elementsOversee the daily operation, maintenance, and improvement of our websitesUtilize development skills to build, modify, and enhance websites functionality using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other relevant technologiesCreate and implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs, ensuring a consistent look and feelMonitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare regular reports on key metrics, including traffic, user engagement, and conversation ratesIdentify and resolve technical issues, liaising with IT and external vendors as neededRequired Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCreative mindset with a keen eye for design and conversion rate optimization techniquesMeticulous attention to detailKnowledge of website UXExperience with WordPress CMSExperience with Elementor or similar toolsUnderstanding of and ability to meet compliance requirements such as GDPR, CCCA, etc.Self-starter with the ability to work autonomouslyStrong analytics skills and a data-driven approach B2B marketing experienceDesired Skills:Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavascriptKnowledge of and experience implementing SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic trafficEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in web content management
