This Marketing Specialist role supports the development and education of the ZoomOnline brand. The individual will have proven experience in a marketing role, ensuring critical tasks and company initiatives are accomplished with high efficiency. Other responsibilities include helping with promotional activities, liaising with customers, managing brand and marketing initiatives, and Monitoring websites and social pages.RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement marketing campaignsDesign and create marketing materialOrganize market researchExecute and support marketing strategiesAssist with SEOBudget tracking and reportingConduct market and competitor researchAssist with promotional activitiesGiving presentationsEvent managementCreate reports on marketing performanceCollaborate with other departments to increase brand awareness and market penetrationContribute to copywriting for marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and website content.Help implement marketing automation processes to streamline workflows.Support content marketing by creating and editing blog posts, articles, and other written materials.Contribute to e-commerce initiatives by assisting with website updates and product listings.QUALIFICATIONS

Three (3) years experience in a marketing or public relations roleUndergraduate degree or related work experienceProficiency in MS Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of performance marketing principles and practicesStrong budgeting skills and ability to track expenses effectivelyExcellent copywriting skills with attention to detailFamiliarity with market research techniques and toolsExperience with marketing automation platformsKnowledge of digital content marketing strategies and best practicesProficiency in social media platforms and their respective analytics toolsWe’re an equal-opportunity employer.
