This position is onsite at our offices in Culver City, Los Angeles.What you’ll be doing:Develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and advance our mission of democratizing access to Lightspark solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company objectives and target audience.Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and thought leadership initiatives. Leverage compelling storytelling to educate and inspire our audience about the potential of cryptocurrency solutions.Through marketing activities cultivate and nurture our community of supporters, developers, enthusiasts, and users with meaningful interactions, events, and initiatives. Develop strategies to foster a sense of belonging and ownership within the community and empower them to become advocates for our brand.Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content that resonates with our audience, from thought leadership articles to educational resources and multimedia content. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communication channels.Drive our digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising, to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates within our community. Develop targeted campaigns to attract and retain community members.Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, community engagement metrics, and market trends. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and drive business results.Identify strategic partnership opportunities to expand our reach, enhance brand credibility, and drive mutually beneficial initiatives within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and industry leaders.Inspire our internal teams - fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to empower team members to achieve their full potential in advancing our mission through earned and owned media.What we’re are looking for:Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field is ideal but not required. We appreciate and acknowledge that some of the best talent comes from non-traditional backgrounds.Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and their potential to drive positive change.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.Ability to work onsite in our offices in Culver City, Los Angeles or be open to relocation to Los AngelesLightspark is on a mission to build an open payment protocol for the Internet at scale and therefore we’re committed to creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace to reflect the customers we serve.
