We're growing customers and revenue dramatically, and we’re poised for continued break-out growth in 2024 and beyond.About the RoleWe are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on demand gen programs and lead nurturing. This person will report to the Head of Growth during this formative period at Thoropass. The marketing team is at a stage of rapid growth, by joining early, you’ll be a part of helping us build out core growth levers for the business. We set clear expectations through quarterly OKRs and our goals are mapped to company-level revenue targets. We are a numbers oriented team, with visibility into how we’re performing at any point in time. As the Growth Marketing Manager focused on demand generation and database nurturing, you’ll be responsible for identifying, executing and measuring sponsorship opportunities, and virtual events that enable us to connect and engage with our core ICP, growing top of funnel activity. Through the creation of compelling and targeted email nurturing efforts, you’ll facilitate prospect movement through a buyer's journey via educational content and compelling product offers, handing them off to sales as they’re ready. You will work closely with product, analytics, marketing and other cross-functional teams to bring these strategies to life and drive innovation and a best in class lifecycle engagement strategy. You will have clear SQL (sales qualified lead) and SQO (sales qualified opportunity) targets and an ample autonomy to execute.Qualifications4-6 years of experience in growth marketing role, minimum 3 years in B2BA deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics including webinars, email marketing, third-party sponsorships, etc.Experience executing programs across all stages of a B2B funnelCustomer-obsession, entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, bias towards action and a well-rounded skill setExperience effectively partnering with content and product marketing to identify the right offers that will convert in various channelsAdvanced segmentation knowledge to build marketing touch points via email, push notifications, in-app and additional channels to nurture engagementProven ability to craft a compelling narrative and develop campaign themes/concepts that will resonate with our prospective buyers and customersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAn understanding of optimizing and measuring digital marketing activitiesDemonstrable empathy and understanding of how to best work with our partners in salesExperience managing a budget and presenting marketing plans and outcomes for approvalNice to haveHubSpot Inbound CertificationPhysical Event Management ExperienceContent Marketing ExperienceCustomer Marketing ExperienceSaaS experienceResponsibilitiesHigh-quality execution of digital marketing campaigns including webinars, email marketing, third-party sponsorships (events & digital placements), and nurturing (pre-sales, in-app, etc)Weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reporting on demand generation campaigns and lead nurturing effectiveness against stated goalsBudget management and reconciliationCreation of digital assets (emails and landing pages) in HubSpot required to support campaignsConfiguring and setting up tracking in HubSpot/Salesforce to measure campaign results (with support from marketing operations)Communicating plans, expectations and results to senior marketing leadershipBeing a supportive teammate!Your CompensationCompetitive base salary of $105,000 - $130,000, plus a performance based bonus.
