Creditors Rights Attorney

A law firm in Metairie, LA, is seeking a dedicated Creditor's Rights Attorney to manage and represent clients in matters related to consumer credit collections. The ideal candidate will utilize their knowledge of state laws governing consumer collections and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) to provide effective legal counsel.
