What will I be doing?
As a Cluster Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for proposing and implementing marketing strategies to drive revenue across various avenues including transient, group, social catering, events, business travel, and food & beverage to enhance each hotel’s public image. The role involves a hybrid working environment, requiring personal motivation, tracking, and analyzing performance metrics while adhering to brand identity guidelines.
Specific responsibilities include:Managing daily administrative tasks in the Marketing departmentConducting market research for new opportunities in technology, partnerships, and eventsGathering and analyzing partnership agreements for marketing deliverablesCreating reports on marketing metrics such as social media, email campaigns, and SEOAssisting in organizing promotional activitiesDesigning marketing materialsKeeping records of marketing metrics and campaign resultsManaging digital reputation through third-party channelsImplementing social media strategy for brand awareness and lead generationAssisting with website auditsCreating customized PowerPoint templatesKeys to Success:
