Annual Salary + BenefitsPOSITION SUMMARYThis position reports to and collaborates with the Vice President of Institutional Advancement to develop and implement innovative marketing and communication strategies across various media platforms to expand and engage Noorda-COM’s audiences. The role combines marketing strategy, communications, and public relations to drive awareness, engagement, and support for the college. Responsibilities include oversight of the Noorda-COM brand, website, social media platforms, and supervising the Administrative Coordinator for Marketing and Communications. The ideal candidate should be a creative and strategic thinker with a background in marketing and communications, passionate about storytelling, creative experimentation, and digital marketing best practices.ACCOUNTABILITIESMarketing

Collaboratively create, plan, develop, and execute short- and long-term integrated marketing strategies for Noorda-COM.Support the Vice President of Institutional Advancement in marketing and communication strategy and planning.Develop budget recommendations.Work with various Noorda-COM units for their marketing needs.Strengthen the Noorda-COM brand experience.Manage advertising campaigns.Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.Conduct market research and use data to evaluate strategies.Website and Social Media

Provide managerial oversight of the Noorda-COM website and social media platforms.Ensure website content is current and user-friendly.Resolve website issues promptly.Coordinate social media content.Public and Media Relations

Provide managerial oversight of public and media relations activities.Prepare media advisories and press releases.Develop Noorda-COM’s speakers’ bureau.Promote faculty experts, events, and achievements.Assist with event management and communications.QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Preference for a master’s degree.Experience:

3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a medical or higher education environment.Skills & Abilities:

Creative thinker, strong communication skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, project management skills, budget management, storytelling passion, experience with various marketing platforms and tools.Must be:

Self-confident, strong leader, excellent communicator, strategic planner, innovative, capable of managing multiple projects, detail-oriented, able to work independently and in teams.Work Environment:

On-site position requiring occasional early morning, evening, and weekend work.
