The Talent Manager, Content Creators at Fud will help us thoughtfully grow, cultivate and foster our community of action-oriented hustlers. You will do this by identifying, targeting, and recruiting content creators that have proven mastery of at least one side hustle.This role at Fud is solely focused on Content Creators. What does that mean? It means that we are looking for someone motivated and driven to develop, manage and grow a roster of content creators across all social platforms and to partner with them to join the Fud community.Core responsibilities:
Develop, define, and execute a multi-level recruitment strategy + pipeline to expand talent roster across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and TikTokHelp manage and convert existing talent into brand advocatesStrong organizational skills to manage clients preferred communication, calendars and sponsor schedule platformsResponsible for meeting weekly growth goals to help build an audience in alignment with larger Growth Team weekly goalsMaintain communication with clients from roster to brands and agenciesThrough each content creator’s social platform and Fud O&O, use their analytics to better understand how they can grow their audience and engagementResponsible for meeting weekly growth goals to help build an audience in alignment with larger Growth Team weekly goalsNegotiate brand partnerships for company roster, when applicableWork with Community Manager and Social Media Content Producer to continuously grow a positive and inclusive social media presence by monitoring commentary across Fud’s socials and O&O propertiesQualifications:
You are a hustler and have one or more side hustlesYou have created a strong network of talent connections and brand contactsYou have a deep understanding of the Creator Economy landscape and are actively learning more about each platforms changes/functionalityExperience building an online community or launching an app is a bonusPersonally managing talent is plusExperience building an online community or launching an app is a bonusProject management skills and flexible cross-collaboration within a startup environmentLegal right to work in the USPreferred Education & Experience:Education: Preferred BA/BS or relevant work experienceExperience: Must have 2+ years of digital talent management experience and/or advertising/marketing sales
