Over 300 leading companies have scheduled more than 7 million smart meetings with the company.About The RoleAs a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and engage prospects and customers to accelerate their value with the company. In this role, you will have expertise in paid marketing and executing key marketing operation functions such as personalized messaging in the product and touch-points involving mediums such as email, in-product, and ABM marketing support.The hiring company is data-driven in everything it does. All communications are tested and measured, and experiences are personalized and contextual by audience segment.What you’ll doDrive digital marketing initiatives, including online paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing supportOptimize digital channels for efficient lead acquisition, engagement, customer retention, and winbackSupport lifecycle marketing and evergreen campaigns across email to increase database engagement, reduce customer churn, and improve retentionCreate and own an experimentation roadmap to execute a rigorous testing agenda, validate hypotheses, and scale effective messaging interventionsLeverage marketing automation to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows. Implement and QA campaign attribution across all marketing systems.Write creative briefs and work with creative teams to design campaign assetsEngage cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Data, and Marketing to meet ambitious growth targets and to increase campaign performance through better tooling, automation, and personalizationMeasure and report on the impact of projects, and collaborate to scale efficient leversWhat you’ll bring5+ years in growth or marketing, with demonstrated experience creating and analyzing marketing campaigns, executing paid media campaigns, and supporting key marketing operationsExperimentation experience, with a proven track record of designing and executing a testing roadmapData-led decision-making and analytical skills.
