Marketing Communications Manager

The Marketing Communication Manager is

responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to help achieve assigned business unit and enterprise growth targets. growing awareness of each organization, association and event, driving membership and attendance growth for multiple brands under The Institutes.

The position will develop and manage communications tools to increase event attendance, drive sales, and promote brand awareness.

What You’ll Do:

Manage full life cycle marketing campaigns for assigned business units contributing to achieving revenue goals and other KPIs.Oversee paid and organic marketing efforts in conjunction with internal and external partners with a focus on optimizing spend and conversions.Create and execute persona-based lead gen B2B marketing campaigns using a variety of media and channels.Collaborate with sales team partners to ensure clients and potential clients have access to the content and assets needed to maximize partnerships.Develop, update, and maintain print and electronic collateral as needed.Work with other staff to ensure alignment in communications. This includes the promotion of educational and networking programs across the web, social media, e-mail, print, and other distribution and marketing platforms.Identify and support enterprise cross-marketing opportunities.Required Competencies

Bachelor’s degree required.3-5 years’ experience in marketing communications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb writer; Strong editorial skills and experienceDemonstrated ability to work well within a remote team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, website platforms, social media platforms.Ability to quickly learn new technologiesGeneral awareness of emerging trends impacting insurance professionals preferred.The Best Part?
