ield Marketing District Manager!
In this position you will be responsible for building, developing, and growing the Field Marketing team for our new Atlanta office.Job Responsibilities:Team Management:
Manages all Brand Ambassadors in the Atlanta officeStaff team of up to 4-5 employeesInterviews and trains new Field MarketersEnsure the team is hitting their daily and monthly appointment goalsMotivates team & is in the field with canvassers on a weekly basisCoaches and provides performance improvement plans to the team to improve appointment setting resultsWorks directly with sales leadership to identify opportunities for lead generation- geographic areas to target, as well as events and team trainingEvent Essential Functions:Staffs all events with Field MarketersManages (with applicable parties) Event booth setup (construction, branch manager, etc.).Organizes all materials for Events & Home Show DisplaysCoordinates with Corporate Marketing to evaluate show performances & identify/determine future eventsAdministration:Accurate and timely reporting of hours worked for the team, including overtime calculation and bonus paperwork.Comply with all company policies & always represent the company in a professional manner.Ensure all wage hour laws are being followed for yourself and team, providing required breaks and lunchesUse SalesRabbit to Monitor, Track & Report on team’s success on door-to-door effortsConditions
Requires outdoor work in all kinds of weather conditionsNormal working conditions may require a great deal of walking, standing and the ability to climb steps when neededMust have valid drivers license that meets System Pavers insurance guidelinesExperience & Skills:Accurate and timely reporting of hours worked for the team, including overtime calculation and bonus paperwork.Comply with all company policies & always represent the company in a professional manner.Ensure all wage hour laws are being followed by yourself and team, providing required breaks and lunches.Use SalesRabbit to monitor, track, and report on team’s success on door-to-door efforts.Keep neat, orderly, and legible paperwork.Required outdoor work in all kinds of weather conditions.Normal working conditions may require a great deal of walking, standing, and the ability to climb steps when needed.Must have valid driver’s license that meets System Pavers insurance guidelines.About YouSelf-motivated:
