This credibility and value-add, combined with a reputation for quick response, firm commitment, and timely execution, has solidified Kayne Anderson Real Estate’s favorable reputation and resulted in solid relationships with developers, owners, operators, financing sources, and other intermediaries.Position Overview:We are seeking a Marketing Associate/Senior Associate to assist with a wide range of responsibilities supporting our client services function, including presentation management, general marketing, salesforce management, and sales content tracking. The position will work closely with Marketing, Research, Sales, Investor Relations, and outside consultants.Create and manage decks and factsheets, including content creation research, formatting, roll forwards, posting, and version control, while ensuring compliance approvals.Help support the Kayne Anderson Real Estate Conference team, including tracking and monitoring industry and sales conferences, managing logistics and materials, sourcing and researching speaking opportunities, and preparing talking points and messaging.Provide support for public relations activities internally and with outside consultants/parties, ensuring brand compliance, and editing content as needed.Help plan and support the execution of webinars, including deck preparation, content creation, and event distribution lists.Collaborate with external parties on advertisements for Kayne Anderson Real Estate.Support the public relations initiatives and teams to manage trade publication relationships and various activities (conferences, interviews, content, etc.).Help manage and support the distribution of sales content trackers to support the sales team.Manage invoice processing and ensure timely payment and record-keeping.Support the public relations team to track, draft, and submit award nominations and applications for various industry recognitions.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully manage and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines.Must be highly proficient and fully functional in Microsoft Office and Adobe. Experience with Salesforce, Macabacus, RFPIO is a plus.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required.Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization.Education:
