What You’ll Do

Spotter is seeking a Group Product Marketing Manager, SaaS to drive our business goals and drive our go-to-market execution for SaaS products. As a Group Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product marketing strategies, defining key market opportunities, and understanding our customers and competitors. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Creator Experience teams to develop and execute comprehensive launch plans and inform product prioritization through rigorous market and competitive analysis. We are looking for someone who has proven experience launching B2C SaaS products through a combination of strategic leadership and executional excellence.

Product Marketing Leadership: Own and drive product marketing initiatives including messaging, customer insights, opportunity sizing, and competitive analysis.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Creator Experience, and Customer Support teams to identify and nurture new product opportunities for growth.Go-to-Market Execution: Work with marketing teams to translate strategies into actionable marketing initiatives.Product Positioning: Partner with research and insights teams to understand trends and develop actionable insights for growth, and position products.Opportunity Sizing: Size and prioritize new product opportunities and inbound customer feature requests for product strategy and roadmap planning.Compliance: Drive key compliance in partnership with Product and Legal as a part of go-to-market readiness.Pricing Strategies: Develop and understand pricing, trial strategies, product lineup, and promotional pricing in collaboration with the Finance and Growth Marketing teams.Market & Competitive Research: Act as the competitive expert for relevant competitors, conducting product teardowns, marketing analysis, and market sizing.Cross-Functional Enablement: Be a key touchpoint for the Support, Creator Success, and Capital teams, educating them on key product capabilities and positioning.

Who You Are

Experience: BS/BA with 5+ years of product marketing experience in a product organization with previous experience at a B2C SaaS company.Product Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in product marketing with a customer-first orientation, experience with consumer and/or small business markets preferred.Analytical Skills: Skills to size revenue opportunities, new product adoption metrics, and dashboard development to inform product prioritization. Ability to interpret insights and advise on strategic direction.Growth Mindset: Demonstrates a test-and-learn approach and growth mentality.Leadership: Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and stakeholders with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in multifaceted environments.Collaboration: Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive high-impact business initiatives.Market Research Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing market research and data to inform marketing strategies.Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the creator economy, their pain points, and related SaaS creative tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools such as Optimizely, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Webflow, Braze, and others for product website and in-product messaging.Knowledge of the media creation process.Familiarity and passion for creator-oriented tools in video, audio, and design.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $100K-$500K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
