is looking for an experienced Digital Media Specialist to execute on paid search engine marketing, and social media marketing campaigns to support the business unit goals for generating leads and expanding customer loyalty.The ideal candidate should live in the Philadelphia, PA metro area, as this is a hybrid position.We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. Collaborate with agency partners to strategically manage national media campaigns. Ensure optimal reach and audience engagement through various media touchpoints.Budget Management and Optimization:

Handle multi-million dollar budgets, billing, and optimizations. Make data-driven decisions to allocate budgets effectively.Brand Strategy Execution:

Align with brand managers to translate brand strategies into actionable media plans. Act as a conduit between brand marketing and digital marketing teams.Hands-On Media Operations:

Manage PPC media (paid social) directly. Utilize MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution) and MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) tools for analytics.Data-Driven Insights:

Analyze campaign data, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Identify expansion opportunities and propose corrective actions.Influencer Selection and Performance Monitoring:

Evaluate and select influencers aligned with brand values and target audiences. Monitor influencer performance throughout campaigns.Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze media performance metrics. Make informed decisions based on campaign effectiveness data.Who You AreBachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or related field.2-3 years of experience in house or in an agency setting.Experience in the health industry is preferred.Management experience with Meta Ads Manager.Knowledge of media buying/planning, analytics & KPIs.Experience with vendor negotiation.Experience with billing, budget management & reconciliations.Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.About Our DEI CultureGuided by our Beliefs & Behavior, our culture is the foundation that connects our history with our future.
