Our platform is an essential piece of the daily work for machine learning engineers, from academic research institutions like FAIR and UC Berkeley to massive enterprise teams including iRobot, OpenAI, Toyota Research Institute, Samsung, NVIDIA, Salesforce, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lyft, and more.We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and enthusiastic Short Form Copywriter and Editor to create engaging short-form content to support our marketing efforts. This role combines editing top-quality machine learning content with crafting compelling copy for various marketing channels. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving leads for our MLOps and LLMOps solutions.What you’ll achieve (Responsibilities)

Work with our authors, engineers, DemandGen, Social Media Manager, and Designers to create and curate engaging content that appeals to our audience, promotes our solutions, and drives engagement.Write compelling short-form copy for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, digital ads, and landing pages.Collaborate with the sales, marketing, design, and content teams to develop effective content and campaigns.Proofread and edit machine learning articles, tutorials, and more to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the W&B brand voice and guidelines.What we’re looking for (Requirements)

3+ years of proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, preferably in tech or machine learning.Experience with using ChatGPT/LLMs to ideate and improve copy is strongly preferred.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and style.Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and persuasive copy for a technical audience and the ability to distill complex, technical concepts into human-readable language.Familiarity with MLOps and/or LLM concepts, trends, and terminology is a strong plus.Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide constructive feedback.Experience with email marketing is a plus.Demonstrable portfolio of short-form content, which may include but not be limited to web pages, ads, and email campaigns.
