2+ years of recent plumbing design experience in commercial structuresProficiency in design and production of construction documentsWorking knowledge of building and plumbing codesCertified Plumbing Designer (CPD) certification preferredAssociates degree or technical program degree in Mechanical Design preferredResponsibilities:
Design plumbing systems for commercial buildingsPerform necessary calculations to support system designCollaborate with project managers and multi-disciplinary engineering teamsAttend design meetings and assist with construction site visitsRecord meeting minutes and create site observation reportsTechnology/Computer Experience:
Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of BIM Collaborate Pro and BluebeamMust be proficient in Revit and AutoCADExperience with standard office equipmentKey Words:
