We’re looking for a strategic, versatile, and resourceful marketing/communications pro who’s energized by the prospect of helping to solve the world’s hardest problems by unleashing the full potential of human connections. This is a big opportunity to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup with public and private sector clients who embrace unconventional ideas and are committed to driving positive change.The Marketing & Communications Manager will play an integral role in shaping and steering B2B and B2C content development, channel engagement, and integrated campaigns that support our customer and internal objectives. You’ll report to our Head of Marketing & Communications, and will collaborate closely with a stellar set of cross-functional peers and partners. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and writerly type with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong bias for action.What you’ll do:Understand and advocate for the target audienceContribute to strategic development and planningManage tactical executionWrite/edit short- and long-form content for digital channelsOversee the production of visual/storytelling assetsLead cross-functional project teamsBuild and maintain strong internal/external relationshipsSeek out opportunities for creative experimentationTrack timelines, budgets, and metricsAnalyze and report on performanceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field5+ years of experience in agency- and/or client-side rolesKnowledge of the evolving digital marketing/communications landscape, including paid, owned, and earned strategiesSkilled at writing compelling, conversational content for digital channelsExperience developing and managing multi-channel campaignsAnalytical and results-orientedAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPreference to candidates based in the Saint Paul-Minneapolis metro area, but remote candidates are still encouraged to applyWhat we offer:
