Precise Bioscience markets regenerative medicine biologics into the orthopedic, podiatric, wound and ocular markets. We are headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Willowbrook, Illinois and operate through two separate business units: wound/orthopedic and ocular. We are strategically planning substantial growth over the next several years and are looking to expand our team to drive and support the growth.Overview

Precise Bioscience markets products predominantly in the allograft and regenerative medicine biologics space. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, branding strategy, social media programs and promotional and advertising programs, as well as oversees all aspects of product management.Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the marketing of biologics products from inception to the maintenance of existing products.Manage day to day activities of multiple product lines and provide product technical, clinical and sales support to the sales force.Develop and implement an online/social media branding strategy focused on educational content creation.Develop sales collateral, training and surgeon presentation materials to effectively communicate PB products unique value propositions.Create marketing plans that include strategies, product positioning and sales tactics for products managed.Develop a regulatory compliant clinical data collection strategyCreate a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy to advise on surgeon education, general marketing and product strategies.Research the competitive landscape to identify market trends in order to create sales tools to educate the sales team and surgeon market regarding the value proposition of PB products.Other responsibilities as may be assigned from time-to-time.Core Skill and Background Requirements

BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business with and minimum of 2 years related medical experience. Preference given to experience in extremity, foot and ankle, podiatry and wound care.Creative, out-of-the box approach to marketing and capturing attention.Knowledge of the biologics, orthopedic, podiatry and wound market and the ability to evaluate trends adjusting strategies to address shifts in the market.Experience in social media content creation and marketing.Effective oral and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to meet established deadlines.Ability to work within a cross-functional team.Ability to represent the company at a variety of business functions or situations in a professional and competent manner.Ability to work with little supervision and in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.Work Conditions
