We’re looking for a person who loves to creatively problem-solve and tell stories through engaging content – basically a marketing ninja! Someone who can whip up a communication plan that supports the brand strategy, ties to customer needs, and highlights the brand’s differentiated value. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, writing, or related field7 year’s minimum work experience as a B2B marketerStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and other marketing software programs like SharpSpring and SemrushExceptional verbal, written and editing communication skillsResourcefulness, attention to detail, and comfort offering solutions and clarity where there is ambiguity

Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee internal and external communications strategy for growing divisionsWrite, edit and publish engaging social posts for various social networks, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and InstagramManage projects and resources to deliver initiatives that are on time, on budget, and on strategyImprove content messaging over time using digital analytics and other software tools that improve traffic, engagement, shares, and conversion ratesWork with key stakeholders and cross functional teams to deliver value to the business through exceptional marketingLead a team of creative resources to deliver projects on time, on brand, and on budget.
