ResponsibilitiesMeet new business production goals and objectives as established.Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.Will work closely with our sales agents to get leads turned into processed application.
RequirementsPossess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.Confident, self-starter who works well independently.Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.Professional phone etiquette.Driven and goal-oriented individual.1 year prior experience preferred but not necessary.
