We are looking for a Digital Creative Project Manager to support our luxury beauty client in New York City. This person will need to have retail experience, knowledge of 3D and 2D design, as well as proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe. A keen eye for beauty and fashion is essential. Key tenants of this role are exceptional communication skills, detail orientation and the drive and autonomy to manage multiple projects across several stakeholders. The Digital Creative Project Manager sits within the creative team and has an extensive creative vocabulary, is responsible for the day-to-day project management, process and workflow across several teams. If you live for the deadline, tracking all the pieces and love completing a task list, this role is for you.You have strong creative aptitude and experience managing high-valued digital experiences.Collaborating across the business and marketing teams, you will oversee e-com and social media projectsThe CPM is good natured, thrives under pressure, leads by example, and is a motivating and positive presence on the team.Own standups and project documentation including schedules, meeting notes, weekly reports and more to share with stakeholders and project teamsManage feedback and revisions process to ensure quality is upheld and projects are on time and in scopeWork closely with Creative leads to manage approvals and route creative through executive leadershipHelp organize assets from kickoff through to final delivery, and sometimes implementation or installation onsiteProactively identify potential issues and develop solutions with the Head of Creative Project ManagementYou are not afraid to use your voice appropriately and can ask the hard questions and anticipate relevant needsThis role is 3 days per week onsite with our client in Greenwich Village and the balance of the time remote.RequirementsMinimum of 5+ years working as a digital as a Project Manager or Interactive ProducerExpertise in large scale digital design and development projectsExperience in managing design teamsImpressive communication skills and a reverence for detailsUnderstanding of how to create production schedules from concepting to deliveryAbility to earn the trust and respect of stakeholders and creatives in a complex environment with moving timelinesAbility to work with detailed-oriented individuals and projects and still stay focused on core objectives and scheduleBe a team-player; always bring a smile and a limitless determination to succeedBenefitsThe anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
