Senior Service Designer

Our client is looking for a Senior Service Designer to join their team! This candidate must be local to Chicago and be able to go onsite during the duration of this project. This will be a 6 month contract to start (W2)!Please apply with your most up to date resume and portfolio!Description:Our client is looking to bring on a service designer in support of the in-store/digital transformation to evolve the digital customer experience. These designers will be responsible for designing holistic services within specific strategic priorities or value streams. They will practice design thinking methodologies—framing the problem, discovering user insights, ideating, prototyping, evaluating, and iterating. Create journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, prototypes, and other deliverables to communicate service components. A key responsibility will be designing and facilitating ideation and alignment workshops with cross-functional teams.Skills:Additional Skills & Qualifications:Natural collaborator and consensus builder;Comfortable both in the field and in the boardroom;Fluent in service design processes and contributes to a culture of continuous discovery;Passionate advocate for users and their needs and enjoy translating complex ideas into understandable conceptsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
