We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Designer to join our dynamic team at Gradient. In this role, you will be responsible for both product design and marketing design, seamlessly integrating these elements into the customer journey. As the Lead Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our AI automation platform and ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience for our customers.Responsibilities

Product Design:

Lead the design of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our AI automation platformCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions that ensure a seamless and cohesive customer journey from initial touchpoints through product usageCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design conceptsConduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designsEnsure consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all product features and updates. Develop and maintain design systems that support a unified experience across all customer interactions

Marketing Design:

Develop compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns, including website graphics, social media content, email templates, and digital adsWork closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs that drive engagement and conversionsMaintain and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all marketing channelsDesign and produce promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and event collateral

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field5+ years of full-time experience in product design and marketing design, preferably in a B2B SaaS environmentStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including product interfaces and marketing materialsProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVisionExperience with user research and usability testing methodologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentStrong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and brandingAbility to think strategically and execute with attention to detailPay Range and Compensation Package

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $160,000 and $220,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
