Own the in-product unboxing and email nurtures of new customers for our GoTo Resolve and Rescue products, including defining and executing on an A/B testing strategy to drive activation and conversion.Growth Hacking Tactics:

Spearhead new tactics for delivering against customer acquisition and conversion such as social activations, community engagement, review sites, customer evangelizing, PLG, and more.Data Insights:

Monitor key metrics across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to conversion to adoption to identify areas for improvement.Feature Adoption:

Coordinate with Product Management, UX, and Product Marketing to standardize tactics for driving new and existing feature awareness and adoption to deliver expansion opportunities.Go-to-Market Coordination:

Work across SEO, digital marketing, social media, design, email marketing, and other teams to ensure aligned customer expectations and experiences.What We’re Looking ForAs a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, your background will look like:5+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years in Product Marketing at a SaaS technology company with trial or freemium-based products.Experienced across B2B marketing with a focus on trial conversion, product onboarding, and feature adoption.Experience with digital adoption and marketing automation solutions such as Pendo and Marketo.Excellent messaging and positioning skills at both business and technical levels (working with technical subject matter experts).Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.At GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment. $101,000.00 - $167,000.00The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
