Social Media Lead

You will also have the chance to make a significant impact on our clients’ success while advancing your career in the dynamic world of social media.General Summary:We are looking for a visionary Social Media Lead to join our team and take charge of our social media strategy in the motorsports space for a key automotive client. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned social media professional with a proven track record of developing and leading successful social media campaigns, creation of storytelling concepts, managing a team, and driving engagement across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to enhance our client’s social media presence and grow their online community.The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive, a passion for motorsports and be able to efficiently manage a diverse set of responsibilities.We value enthusiasm and an uncompromising focus on ensuring Campbell Marketing & Communications and our clients are seen as primary influencers in digital and social communications among our peers.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Leadership:

Serve as the team’s quarterback – a proactive leader that takes charge and is always a step ahead. Constantly looking for opportunities, taking advantage of trends, never settles!Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media specialists, ensuring the team’s continuous growth and development.Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a strategy for the clients’ brand on each social media platform. Regularly update and adjust based on industry trends and changes, client feedback, and brand objectives.Self-Motivator:

Someone who is always looking to improve their skills and knowledge in the social media landscape and motorsports industry. Someone who dedicates time and effort to truly understanding the client’s brand, their ambassadors, and athletes, and their racing products and lineup.Client Collaboration:

Work closely with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and feedback, ensuring all social media efforts align with their vision and goals.Content Creation & Curation:

Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging and high-quality content across all social media channels, including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.Accuracy & Compliance:

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all social media posts, adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards.Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve results.Community Engagement:

Foster and grow the online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and managing customer interactions.Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams and partners, including Marketing, Public Relations, Creative, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.Stay Current:

Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.Possess an understanding of the legal requirements and ADA compliance of digital content created.Occasional evening and weekend work will be necessary.Adheres to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and all other company policies, procedures, and processes.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in social media management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Minimum of 3 years of experience in motorsports.Proven experience managing social media accounts for major brands, preferably in the automotive industry or performance sector with motorsports or automotive industry experience is a plus.Experience collaborating directly with clients to meet their needs and objectives.Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.Experience with social media management tools (i.e., GAIN, HookIt, Brandwatch, Cision).Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Creative thinker with a passion for social media and storytelling.Relentless attention to detail: Strong communication to accuracy and compliance in all posts.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects within tight timelines simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven track record when it comes to accountability, attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.Travel (25%) for programs, including some nights and weekends.Campbell Culture:Detailed Oriented:
