If you believe in community, come join ours.About this roleWe are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join Faire's Growth Marketing team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day management of our paid search channels, which includes conducting optimization tests to improve efficiency and to continue growing the channel. The ideal candidate has worked in an experimentation-driven environment, eagerly embraces automation and technology to accelerate growth marketing efforts, and stays ahead of the curve with the latest digital marketing trends.What you’ll doManage paid search campaigns through the Channable platform, focusing on scalable and efficient user growth across all countries in which Faire has a presence.Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and design and implement tests to improve channel performance.Run our Europe-paid search program alongside the International team.Regularly experiment in order to optimize the full-funnel experience through tactics including (but not limited to) ad copy testing, landing page optimization, and bid management.Engage with stakeholders to ensure that there is continuous alignment on strategic goals and transparency on campaign effectiveness and ROI.Work cross-functionally alongside SEO, Data Science, Finance, International, Product, and other Marketing functions to develop and run impactful experiments.Qualifications4+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing a large-scale paid search program across Google Search, Performance Max, and other paid search platforms with focus on optimizing for down-funnel metrics (payback, ROAS, etc.).Experience in a two-sided marketplace or with products aimed at small business owners is a strong plus.Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Channable or similar feed-based campaign management tools) is a strong plus.Experience in managing a cross-border program is a plus.Highly analytical with a structured approach to solving problems. Proficient in analyzing large datasets through Excel and/or SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Mode and Tableau).AB testing knowledge and experience.Experience working cross-functionally to generate new insights and develop testing ideas.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing processes.Excellent written & oral communication skills and ability to communicate insights crisply to various stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, with the agility and flexibility to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.Salary RangeSan Francisco: the pay range for this role is $135,500 to $186,500 per year. This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule - Faire employees will be expected to go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, effective the week of January 13, 2025.
