The

VP of Marketing & Ecommerce ,

reporting to the COO,will be responsible for leading our marketing initiatives, focusing on amplifying our brand presence, driving omni-channel and e-commerce growth, and supporting our franchise and brick-and-mortar businesses. This role demands strategic leadership in performance marketing, innovative brand campaigns, and strong collaboration with partners and franchisees, driving growth and enhancing our market presence.ACCOUNTABILITIESStrategic Leadership:

Chart the course for our marketing strategy, emphasizing brand elevation, competitive omni-channel expansion, and e-commerce excellence.Marketing Leadership:

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and physical touch points. Support franchise and brick-and-mortar operations with effective marketing strategies.E-Commerce Management : Assume full oversight of the e-commerce business unit, leading strategy, operations, and website optimization to boost online sales and enhance the shopping experience. Own the sales forecast for the ecommerce channel.Vendor Partnership Development : Cultivate and manage relationships with key vendors, co-creating marketing strategies and leveraging opportunities for cooperative marketing efforts.Franchise and Store Support:

Devise and implement marketing strategies that support both franchise and company-owned store models, ensuring brand consistency and operational success across all platforms.Performance Marketing and Campaigns:

Direct impactful marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative teams, focusing on ROI and conversion optimization across all channels of acquisition.Financial and Analytical Acumen:

Manage the marketing and digital departments P&L with a keen eye on budget efficiency, financial accountability, and performance metrics. Set clear goals for attribution and incrementality for all campaigns. Develop, manage, and optimize the marketing budget to align with business goals and maximize ROI.Market Trend Analysis:

Keep abreast of market trends to inform strategic decision-making and competitive positioning.People Leadership:

Effectively develop and lead a team of experienced team members across the marketing and digital teams. Set team and individual goals that align with department and company-wide goals. Great opportunities for individual development, make hiring decisions, and drive performance management and recognition.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred.10+ years working in brand and digital marketing, e-commerce, vendor management and supporting physical retail environments.Expertise in digital and traditional marketing, with a proven track record in performance marketingExperience creating a strategic plan, manage priorities and deadlines, and adapting quickly to changing priorities.Strong executer with a savvy, strategic omnichannel mindset.Experience with owning DTC platforms (like Shopify) and building digital and online capability for an organization. Ability to bring a brand message and ethos to life across multiple platforms.Honed relationship-building and influencing skills with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally.Proven success at building teams and hiring talent that directly contributes to growth objectives.LOCATIONRelocation to Corporate Headquarters in Carrboro, NC (greater Raleigh area) required. In office 3 days a week.
