The Social Media Agent will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s social media strategy. This role requires a passion for social media, creativity, and the ability to engage with followers while maintaining the company's brand voice. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest social media trends and analytics tools and have experience in building online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Engage with online communities and influencers to build brand awareness and loyalty.Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance analysis.Assist in the development of social media content calendars and schedules.Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing social media performance and engagement.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
