Job Title: Lead UX Designer

Job Description
The Lead Product Designer (contractor) will help design *** AI Vision Lab experiences. In addition to design execution for the apps, they will have the opportunity to help support concept development for innovative solutions using mobile technology. This will be a hands-on UX and UI role that is responsible for working with agile sprint teams to deliver executable designs.
Major Responsibilities And Duties
Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and QA to design experiences for Client AI conceptsCreate strategic design deliverables, customer journeys, and concepts of future experiences.Translate business requirements and user needs into tangible interaction designs and visual designsLeverage Client design system and native Android and iOS patternsUnderstand technical and business constraints and scale designs for iterative release, ensuring user needs are met in each iterationEvaluate current experiences and provide recommendations for improvementCommunicate design decisions, rationale, and direction when presenting workCollaborate with the UX team to align overall app experiences with mobile webDevelop concepts to help test new, innovative ideasActively seek out feedback from other UI Designers, UX Designers and UX Director on UX design concepts and deliverables to ensure the best solution is created.Lead review sessions of in progress work with partners (product managers, engineers, business stakeholders), UX team, and UX leadership.
Requirements
5+ years experience as a UX/UI designer or product designerExpertise in information design, UX design, usability, and accessibilityProficiency in web and app user experience best practicesExperience with responsive web, mobile app, and kiosk designExperience using and contributing to a design systemIn-depth understanding of how to design across multiple device sizesStrong proficiency in Figma, UX and component librariesWork sample or portfolio that demonstrates expertise in product design
