Our clients include Condominium Associations, Affordable Housing Complexes, Multi-Family Housing, Commercial and Single-Family Homes.We are looking for an experienced property manager to join our Condominium Management team.Responsibilities:
Reading and understanding financial statementsInteracting with Association Boards and residentsPreparing and meeting annual budgetsNegotiating and securing bids from contractorsProviding oversight of projectsDrafting and distributing correspondence to clientsOverseeing routine and preventative maintenance programsAttending periodic board meetings on evenings/weekendsKnowledge of the Maine Condominium ActBe fluent in all Microsoft Office programs such as Word and ExcelOutstanding organization, decision making, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailProven ability to work both independently and on a teamDemonstrated initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environmentBenefits:
