Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Manager, Marketing Operations for RethinkFirst, to help power our next wave of growth. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing the ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing the operational efficiency of the Marketing organization and aligning our organizational structure with capabilities required to execute marketing through our tech stack and lead routing endeavors. Acting as the glue that helps operationalize our digital and automated marketing functions, you should be equally comfortable in identifying gaps in our technology as well as rolling up your sleeves and taking on IT integration projects. Utilizing your understanding of lead routing, Salesforce properties and Hubspot APIs, you are a marketing operations enthusiast.

In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating marketing operations workflows and helping to make every marketer more productive and scalable through efficient automation, documentation and development of efficient processes. Additionally, you will drive key cross-functional alignment across the marketing teams through close collaboration on tools, templates, and systems (especially Asana) to support our planning, budgeting, and business operations. The individual will be a proactive participant in various marketing best practice committees across all Rethink businesses and an active contributor to company-wide marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Work on strategic projects to support business transformation, enhance current and build new operating capabilities, elevate efficiencies across marketing processes and executive core marketing operations activitiesAccelerate the deployment of the 'Marketing on Asana' initiative to enhance overall productivityUtilize and master tools, templates, and systems that support planning, budgeting, and business operationsCollaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations that adapt to the organization's growing needsStrategically plan and organize tasks, as well as track and report on the effectiveness of marketing processesBecome a trusted expert on internal systems, their functionality and integration pointsImplement and manage global policies and processes to ensure efficient cross-departmental functioningPartner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions and recommendations in support of critical business needs and goals in delivery of marketing objectivesFully own prospect database architecture, including mapping of contacts/accounts, required fields, and rules and processes for adding new data across various teams in driving lead acquisition, data hygiene and marketable databaseMaintain department status document across marketing operationsQualifications:

5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or project management supporting a revenue-generating organizationBachelor’s degree in business, supplier, management or related fieldMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and matrixed organizational structureMust have excellent understanding of Lead Management, Lead Routing, and Prospect/Client Life-cycle ManagementMust have strategic approach which considers MarTech optimization and scalabilityProgram and project management skills are a mustSelf-starter with the confidence and ability to tackle new initiatives with a proven track record in fast-paced, high growth, and at times ambiguous environmentsPassionate about Marketing Automation and enjoys learning and growingStrong communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) with the ability to understand and communicate difficult concepts to simpleStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlinesExperience working with stakeholders at all levels within a companyEmpathy for business partners and a commitment to helping them achieve their goalsAn expert in leads and customer database architectureA relentless innovator who is constantly striving for improved data hygiene and information structuresA collaborative problem solver who can get in the weeds to understand stakeholders needs and deliver solutionsCompensation:

This position offers a base salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with skills and experience.

Location: NYC preferred.
