The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition for our mortgage business. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.Responsibilities / Functions:

Market Research and Strategy:

Conduct in-depth market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify emerging digital marketing opportunities within the mortgage industry. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience personas.Digital Campaign Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and allocate budget effectively.Content Creation and Management:

Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media posts. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and target audience interests.Website Optimization:

Optimize website structure, content, and user experience to improve search engine rankings and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing to enhance website performance.Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.Technology Proficiency:

Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Constant Contact, Salesforce, Mailgun, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively.Personal Traits / Competencies:
