Drafts, builds and edits web content, including video, online advertising, and creative assets while maintaining consistency with brand or sub-branding guidelines. Tracks analytics to formulate digital marketing strategy, track ROI and continually improve results, and supports employment brand and online marketing initiatives across all digital marketing channels. This position requires flexibility and consistent preparation to respond to swiftly shifting priorities.Identify opportunities for development and implementation of online/digital content that sustains and strengthens the employer brand's position in the market to acquire and attract physicians and advanced practice providers and provide measurable marketing return on investment to drive candidate conversions.Creates employment campaigns by attracting physician and APP candidates through various social media outlets and company pages.Creates and edits video content for internal employment branding as well as external attraction campaigns; also serves as project manager for any outsourced video projects.Researches related trends and manages employment related websites including but not limited to careers pages on social media, job boards, event advertisements and the company's employment page(s).Provides and suggests technology solutions for engaging candidates in our talent community. Uses text, virtual and AI platforms to expand our reach and extend frequent communication for job seekers. Serves as a subject matter expert for Salesforce CRM build and workflows specifically related to physician and app recruitment.Responsible for designing promotional materials for recruitment collateral, from graphics and flyers to digital ads and billboards including but not limited to physician and advanced practice provider needs.Writes copy for employment campaigns , including but not limited to direct mail, social media, print and digital ads, and job adverts.Designs online display, advertising and online graphics with brand or sub-branding guidelines or collaborates/manages external/internal designers and/or production firms.Analyzes data, tracks outcomes to determine marketing impact, and methodically manages budgets to seek opportunities for cost reduction and outcome improvement.Assists with managing company career pages and leveraging vendor products and resources (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, Practice Match, Doximity)Ensures recruitment marketing efforts are in alignment with Ochsner's Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, partnering with internal resource groups and key stakeholders as well as any external partnersFosters, maintains and strengthens meaningful, high-touch relationships with key organizations, academic partners and appropriate residency programsAssist with planning, organizing and creating marketing plans for any physician recruitment hosted eventsOther related duties as required.Other related duties as required.
