WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKEAs the Director of User Experience Design, you’ll sit at the intersection of creative vision and strategic thinking—synthesizing content, insights, and research to define unique experiences that solve problems and engage users. Your day-to-day will include:

Looking at user experience through multiple lenses, audiences, access points, and devices.Applying UX beyond web interfaces to influence brand experiences, decision-making, fundraising, and more.Performing audits and reviews of websites and other digital applications to drive new user experiences.Immersing yourself in the details and documenting everything from rapid prototyping and concept sketches to fully annotated wireframes, site maps, and requirements.Tapping into user-centric design and usability principles while keeping in mind UX’s role in Accessibility and Compliance.Working closely with the Strategy, Creative, and Technology teams to build conceptual user experiences that drive meaningful engagement.Pitching creative ideas and collaborating with clients to deliver work that wows them.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM

7+ years of experience in UX at an agency.Strong conceptual thinking to seed an idea and help it grow.Knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and industry requirements in UX and UI.Deep understanding of both the UI and development processes and an appetite for partnership.Demonstrated proficiency with website and mobile prototyping tools such as Sketch and Figma.An understanding of web, search, and social media analytics.Experience managing junior UX professionals.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.Passion for the power of creative work with a desire to push the envelope to envision new experiences, interactions, and deliverables.HOW WE’LL SUPPORT YOU
