Personalized services allow guests to select massage preferences as well as control in-room settings from lighting to sound, all in a beautifully designed space. It’s a completely fresh approach to a way better massage experience.

We’re looking for a proactive and hardworking Director of Marketing who will help us develop new strategies to acquire & retain customers while aggressively experimenting on and scaling existing paid media channels, CRM efforts, and partnership strategies. This individual will be responsible for overseeing channel strategy, implementation, and performance. A successful candidate will be a data-driven marketer who can not only be strategic and set big picture goals but is also willing to roll up their sleeves to support the current team’s and agency’s underlying capabilities.What You'll Do

Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.Continuously assess market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.Create and maintain a marketing calendar to schedule and coordinate all marketing activities and campaigns across all marketing channels, including brand, digital, print, and events.Devise and execute effective promotional campaigns and create/manage strategic partnerships to drive new guest acquisition, membership sign-ups and retention.Manage internal Lead - Local & Community Marketing, Graphic Designer, and multiple external agencies to support all of our marketing channels, ensuring all teams are aligned and tracking toward company goals.

Franchise Development

Develop annual franchise development plans to successfully achieve company sales goals.Manage external digital advertising agencies to execute campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and more.Create advertising programs that generate leads and ultimately result in franchise sales.Support content creation, article development, PR placements and social media output.

New Shop Openings

Oversee local marketing playbook creation, optimization and execution.Oversee local marketing efforts across PR, social media, influencer marketing, partnerships, etc.Manage all digital efforts to support shop openings across paid advertising and email marketing.Provide ongoing support to Operating Partners via weekly calls and ad hoc / as needed.

Brand Marketing

Manage external agencies to support building the Squeeze brand across Creative Development, Public Relations, Organic Social Media and Influencer Marketing.Ideate and execute partnerships on a national level to increase brand awareness and encourage trial to new audiences.Implements new platforms and processes to create efficiencies across all marketing channels.

Digital Marketing

Manage external digital marketing agency to execute advertising campaigns across Google and Meta both nationally and locally.Create reporting dashboards to easily and effectively showcase digital advertising performance to Operating Partners and key leaders.Create and manage national and local email marketing calendars.Execute all email marketing campaigns from creative development, audience segmentation, email building/sending and reporting.Manage all CRM automated communications and continually tweak/optimize to encourage engagement and bookings.

What You Have

Minimum 5 years of agency or in-house experience managing paid channels, social media & CRM initiatives with a minimum 1 year of experience directly managing and executing (hands-on keyboard) campaigns

Paid Social: Facebook/Instagram and TikTok hands-on experience is a mustGoogle, Affiliate, Podcast/Audio, Creator/Influencer: nice to haveFamiliarity and/or experience managing 360 channels including offline/traditional, direct IO, programmatic/DSP, etc

Performance-led experience, optimizing towards specific goals (CAC, ROAS, CAC/LTV)Experience working with creative partners with a perspective on how to make creative speak to customers who don’t know anything about SqueezeManagement of RFPs and the ability to negotiate contracts and craft recommendations based on budget, fit, capabilities, and so onAbility to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact projects, and keep complex projects moving forward on a deadlineStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance and identify longer-term trendsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cater language to the audience as appropriateExperience with testing new channels and exploring new strategies and tactics to scale existing channels.

Understanding of various testing methodologies (A/B, Lift, multivariate, etc.) across ads, audiences and landing pages.Has managed a testing roadmap
