We aim to dismantle barriers in tech by enhancing accessibility to critical career-building resources.About the Role:We're seeking a creative and versatile Product Designer to design and enhance digital products that align with our mission. This role demands a blend of UX/UI design skills and an understanding of how design impacts user engagement and learning.Key Responsibilities:Design intuitive user interfaces for our digital services, including an interactive learning platform and other tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate company vision into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.Prototype and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.Create compelling graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.Manage design projects from concept through execution to ensure alignment with budget and timeline constraints.Required Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing UX/UI skills.Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and an understanding of web and mobile design standards.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Passion for educational technology and a commitment to promoting diversity in tech.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with 3D modeling tools such as Spline 3D or Cinema4D.Background in video game design or interactive media.Knowledge of animation and dynamic interaction design.
