Adecco Creative and Marketing is searching for a
Graphic Designer
in Paterson, NJ for a consumer goods company.This role is fully on-site; Monday through Friday.You will be working various design projects across the all the marketing departments, this can be packaging, print, social, digital, email etc.Details:Works directly with internal clients to ensure strategic goals are met by the creative product.Develops concepts leveraging creative briefs about a product or initiative to execute the creative art.Self-manages individual projects and effectively collaborates on team projects to produce work that consistently supports our brand.Partners with internal peers for photography, copywriting, illustration, and print and digital production, as required.Leverages company-wide project management system for all creative workflow.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBachelors degree in commercial art or related field, or equivalent experience, required.8+ years of graphic and commercial layout design experience preferred.Working knowledge of photography, illustration, digital, and print design and production, from concept to post production, required.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Able to clearly discuss business goals and ideas with partners.Strong detail oriented organizational skills with ability to multi-task while successfully meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment required.Ability to work independently.
