We are seeking a Content Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end title availability process on our global platform. You will handle day-to-day activities related to content publishing, support tools and process improvements, and provide on-call support for live site operations. The role involves data analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate content availability.
Qualifications:
2+ years of content or technical operations experience
Proficiency in SQL, XML, and Microsoft Excel

responsibilities:
The Streaming Operations Associate of Solutions & Data Management is responsible for
performing:
the day-to-day activities relating to the content availability pipeline
the day-to-day activities related to publishing title availability to their platform
supporting:
the team with the development of interim tools, solutions and process improvements.
the end-to-end title management of our assets availability and remediation (including on-shift/off-hours support). 2p-11p PST.
the team with the development of interim tools, solutions and process improvements
solving the challenges that come with launching and sustaining content on a global platform
Providing
on-call support for live site operations as well as triage and resolve priority requests
analytical, data driven insight into the current state of our rights and title availability pipeline and use that knowledge to recommend process and technological improvements
Perform code alterations to markup languages, metadata, ratings, entity merge and splits via internal tools, excel and XML alterations
Compiling regular reports highlighting issues requiring attention and managing remediation
Bridging technical or process gaps through direct individual contribution
Partner with Content Partner Management, Content Programming, Media Delivery and Distribution Operations to confirm title availability
Ensuring accurate data entry and support with troubleshooting and project management
Qualifications:
2+ years of content operations and/or technical operations experience
BA/BS or equivalent experience required
Data analysis and Microsoft Excel proficiency
problem solving skills
Experience with:
SQL, data modeling, and relational databases
XML and XML language editors
with SaaS-based project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheets)
Confluence, JIRA, Lucidchart and Airtable
Understanding of digital content supply chain frameworks
qualifications:
Experience level: Entry Level
Minimum 2 years of experience
Education: Bachelors
